here's a remedy...
- stand up
- do a couple of deep breath and some stretching
- do not think of anything
- hold your breath for about 5 seconds
- try releasing it trough your @$$
FLATULENCE
OR fart for short
it really does help....
but i'm not into it...I prefer Barney...
who knows i might be the next DR. CHUA
